Features:

* Portable Conveyor Belt Splice Press, light weight and with flight case as standard packing, is easily removed to any where for job site use.
* Fast Splicing: include heating time and cooling time, no more than 12 mins.
* Temperature up to 200 ºC (392 ºF)
* All in one design: The press has an integrated air-cooling system and also air compressor inside.
To ensures that the belt is  quickly cooled down and auto press on, without water pump or additional air  compressor.

FRAME
Extruded aluminum alloy body, make the total machine lightweight, even 2100 press, only 125kgs. Low profile height only 83mm. Both end caps machined by CNC machine. Outside high quality painting (red color is our standard color, we also can offer other color, like blue by your request), hand polishing the whole body, make sure is safe for your workers.
HEATING PLATEN
Include upper and lower heating platens, both use silicone Element heating system and work with titanium heating plate, can offer fast and even heating when jointing. Heating elements are completed sealed, covered by silicone rubber. Make sure is far from air, longer life time and moisture-proof, more safe. The inside heating elements distribution under control of computer, produced by automatic machine, not manually wired.
COOLING SYSTEM
Several high-performance fans on the upper frame ensure can cooling down from 180C to 65C only take 4m30s to 5m30s.
New generation air cooling press, have fans on both of upper and lower frame. All the fans will start work automatically when dwell time finished. The cooling temperature also can be adjust by yourself.
CONTROL PANEL
Built in the frame of the press and easy to operate. Temperature control (setting heating temperature and cooling temperature) and time control (dwell time setting) in one meter. Pressure control is independent, special supply from SMC pneumatic Japan, with pressure limitation, make sure the workers can't set pressure higher than 2 bars, more safe.
PRESSURE SYSTEM
UY press has a maximum operating pressure of 2.0kg/cm (2 bars), that is applied with air pressure bag inside the bottom frame.Each air bag, we will test pressure and air tightness detection before install to the machine. The build in air compressor can make the pressure to 1 bar in 15~20S.

        The different widths, patterns, colors, plies, thicknesss, profiles all are available according to your request.
